Duen-Ping "DP" Tsay, Ph.D.
Mr.
Dr. Tsay ("DP") is a
founding partner in Cyber
SPK, LLC, a contract R&D
company providing Cyber
Defense technology to the US
Air Force Research
Laboratory. He is also
founder and president of the
software development firm
imagine LAN. DP has 25 years
experience in software and
hardware research and
development, specializing in
computer networking, Windows
system recovery, and
large-scale network
integration.
DP received his Ph.D. from
Ohio State University
(Columbus, Ohio). His Field
of Specialization was
Computer Networking and
Local Computer Networking.
Prior to that he earned his
Master of Science from the
Department of Computer
Science,
Northwestern University
(Evanston, Illinois)
specializing in Data Bases.
He earned his Bachelor of
Science from National Taiwan
University, (Taipei, Taiwan)
Department of Electrical
Engineering with a Field of
Specialization in Computer
Engineering.
